Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Applies to: Physical products (e.g., books, Rudraksha, Shaligram) and digital products (audiobooks & online courses).

1) Return Window (Physical Items Only)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible physical items. Please email us first with your Order # and reason for return.

2) Return Eligibility (Physical Items)

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/certificates (if any) intact.

  • Non-returnable physical items:

    • Opened/used Rudraksha, restrung/custom malas

    • Energized/consecrated or special puja items

    • Consumables

    • Books showing use (marks, writing, bent/spine creases)

    • Items marked Final Sale/Clearance

  • Defective/damaged/wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photos.

3) Digital Products (Audiobooks & Online Courses)

  • Delivery: Provided electronically via download/access link to your registered email/account after payment.

  • Non-refundable: All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once access or download link is issued.

  • Access issues: If your link/file does not work, email pankaj@siddhsantokikhoj.com with your Order #. We will re-send or restore access promptly. If, in rare cases, we are unable to provide access, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4) Return Shipping (Physical Items)

  • Unless the item is confirmed defective/incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • For approved defective/incorrect items, we’ll guide you on prepaid label or reimbursement as applicable.

5) Refunds

  • After the return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank/gateway timelines may vary).

  • Non-refundable charges: original shipping fees, customs/duties, and any COD/handling (if applicable).

6) Exchanges (Physical Items)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund or store credit.

7) Order Cancellations

  • Physical items:

    • Before dispatch: Email us—full refund will be processed.

    • After dispatch: Please use the return process above (eligibility applies).

  • Digital products:

    • Before access link is issued: You may request cancellation.

    • After access/download link is issued: No cancellation or refund.

8) How to Start a Return (Physical Items)

Email pankaj@siddhsantokikhoj.com with subject “Return Request – Order #[number]” and attach photos/video where relevant. We’ll reply with next steps and the correct return address.
