1) Order Processing & Dispatch (Physical Items)

  • Advance payment only (No COD): Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Cash on Delivery is not available.

  • Processing time: Usually 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

  • Made-to-order / energized items: May require extra time; we’ll notify you by email/SMS.

2) Delivery Timelines (Physical Items)

  • India: 3–7 business days for metros; 5–10 for other locations.

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs may add delays).
    Timelines are estimates and can vary due to courier or regional factors.

3) Shipping Fees, Address & Tracking

  • Charges: Calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and carrier.

  • Address accuracy: Please provide complete address and PIN; re-delivery due to incorrect address/failed attempts may attract additional charges.

  • Tracking: We share a tracking link via email/SMS once dispatched.

4) Packaging, Tamper & Delivery Exceptions

  • Tamper policy: If the package appears damaged/tampered, refuse delivery, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.

  • Missed delivery / RTO: If an order returns to us due to incomplete address or repeated failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

5) Customs & Duties (International)

All import duties, taxes and fees are payable by the buyer and vary by country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

6) Digital Products (Audiobooks & Online Courses)

  • Delivery method: Delivered electronically (no physical shipment). You’ll receive download/access links by email and/or account area after payment.

  • Access window: Links are typically issued immediately or within 24 hours of payment. Check your spam/junk if you don’t see our email.

  • Courses: Access instructions (login or enrollment link) will be sent to your registered email. Do not share your credentials.

  • Mixed carts: If your cart includes both physical and digital products, shipping charges apply only to physical items.

7) Cash on Delivery

COD is not available. All orders require advance online payment through our secure payment gateways.
